Gamma Tau

Texas Tech University

Recruitment Information

Dear Potential New Member,

Congratulations on your admission to Texas Tech University! As you prepare for this exciting chapter in your life, I strongly encourage you to consider participating in recruitment. The unique and close-knit Texas Tech Greek Community is comprised of 12 Panhellenic sororities along with 25 fraternities. Joining a sorority is an unforgettable experience, and the sisters in our chapter share a special bond that cannot be found elsewhere.

Our chapter members represent dozens of campus organizations, almost every academic department at Texas Tech, and several prestigious honor societies. A sorority can offer a home away from home and create memories and friendships that will last a lifetime. Philanthropy is also a very important aspect of our chapter. We work hard to promote Breast Cancer Awareness through many fundraisers and service projects. Being a part of Zeta Tau Alpha has enhanced my college experience beyond my expectations. Zeta provides our sisters countless opportunities and enriches our lives beyond our college years.

The sisters of Gamma Tau sincerely hope you will seriously consider going Greek this fall. We all agree that joining a sorority was one of the best decisions we have ever made. We cannot wait to crown our new member Class of 2018!
